Plasterers' Dispute Is Nearly Settled

An almost complete settlement was reached in the Conciliation Council in the Canterbury plasterers’ dispute. The only section on which a settlement could not be readied was that con-
cerning undcr-rate workers, and it was decided that this point be referred to Ihe Arbitration Court.
