(Received 10 a.m.) . LONDON, January 6. The Tokio correspondent of the )aily -Telegraph” says university idents are refusing to attend classes English. They ask contemptuously: 7hat is the use of studying a dying
language?” They assert that all foreigners soon will be expelled from the country. This belief in the expulsion of foreigners is shared by foreign traders, but is denied,by the Government.
