Mr and Mrs Firman, of Papalcura, have returned home after spending a few days with Mr and Mrs F. C. Clarke.

Vowless, of Mamaku, accompanied by her daughter Gladys, paid a fleeting visit to her sister, Mrs F. C. Clarke. Miss Smith, of Auckland, has been the guest of her aunt, Mrs H. Mansell.

Mr and Mrs C. Messent and family arrived from Auckland to spend their holidays with Mrs Messent’s parents, Mr and Mrs W. A. Mansell. Mrs Constance and son, of Auckland. are the guests of the former's brother, Mr A. Hamlin.
