Signor Lauldi, editor of the Italian newspaper “Starapa.’’ and three companions, who are visiting India by air, were asked, cn arrival at Lahore to proceed to Delhi and explain low-fiy-ing over the military cantonments at Karachi.

Signor Lauldi, at Delhi, pleaded inadvertence, and the authorities accepted the explanation. The incident is

now closed.
