Mr- Mawhinney has returned to Hikurangi after a shox*t holiday in Auckland. Mr Johns, relieving stationmaster at Hikurangi, has returned to duty after a week-end in Auckland. Mr and Mrs C. Hamilton spent the week-end at Whananaki. Mr Alan Fergusson, has returned to Whangarei, after spending a few days at the Hikurangi boarding-house. Rev. A. Sanft, of the Hikurangi Methodist Church, leaves today on a fortnight’s holiday. He will be travelling to visit friends at Te Ai'oha and Masterton. In his absence Mr H. Moore and Rev. O. Burnet, of Whamsermasßssam A ngarei, will be conducting the. church services. Rev. and Mrs H. Heaslip, Hikurangi, have left on a three weeks’ vacation.
