Mr Leslie Charles Beresford

\Special To “Northern Advocate ” 3 AUCKLAND, This Day

Well known among returned soldiers and 'in dancing circles, Mr Leslie Charles Beresford, aged 47, has died at his home in Mount Eden. Mr Beresford served for three years in the Great War, with the Seventh Reinforcements, Army Service Corps, and was invalided to the Walton-on-Thames Hospital.

He had dancing ability, which he was always ready to turn to the support of deserving causes. Son of the late Charles Henry and Marie Beresford, of Whangarei. he loaves a wife and three children.
