JT is understood that a satisfactory agreement has been drawn up between representatives cf N.Z. Forest Products Ltd., on the one hand, and N.Z. Perpetual Forests Ltd., on the other, regarding the compounding of a maintenance contract of the forests. It is expected that the agreement will come before the Bondholders’ Incorporation Commission early in Pebru*ary.
