Good Yarding At Waiotira
The monthly sale of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd,, was held at Waiotira yesterday. A good sale was reported with the yarding well up to the average and a good attendance of buyers. Quotations:— Springing cows from, £4 5/- to £5 5/-; more backward. £3 5/- to £4; good fat cows, best, £6 10/to £8 12/-; lighter, £5 5/- to £6 2'6 - good forward cows, £2 12/6 to £3 2/6; boner cows, £1 15/- to £2 10/-; three-year-old mixed coloured steers, fair condition, £7 4/-; 18-month Shorthorn I deers, £6; yearling Shorthorn steers. £5.
