Takapuna Jockey Club’s Stakes Increased
[Special To “Northern Advocate ”] AUCKLAND, This Day. Stakes to the value of £5950 will be given, at the Takapuna Jockey Club’s summer meeting, to be held on January 29 and 31, compared with £4OOO last year. The Takapuna Cup will be worth £BOO, and the Ralph Handicap on the second day has been raised from £450 to £650.
