(Received 1 p.m.)

BELGRADE, December 12,

M. Delbos. French Foreign Minister, was greeted amid wild scenes of enthusiasm at Belgrade. Cheering crowds marched from the' station to the Foreign Office, where trouble began when the crowd, shouting: “Down with Fascism,” broke the police cordon.

Someone fired two shots. The police charged and two people were killed and many injured. Dr. Stoyadinovitch, Prime Minister of Yugoslavia, in a statement to the “Popolo d’ltalia,” according to a message from Milan, said: “Let the world know that it cannot longer count oh a disagreement between Italy and Yugoslavia, who have begun to write a new page in their relationships.”
