Owing to an excess of entries lor pairs, three-aside games were played. The first round served as an elimination contest, play extending over two hours. The next round of three heads reduced the field to three. Here. W. J. Brydon’s trio received the bye. whilst Roberts and Marwick fought out the semi-final, the former qualifying to meet Brydon in the final. In a short game. Brydon, who was supported by J.
