Did Not Record Time And Wages
Charges of failure to pay wages- at no more than, fbrtnightly interval? and failure to keep a correct time and wages book were preferred against A. C. Moore, and J. Kingham, sawmill proprietors, of Kohukohu, in the Magistrate’s Court at F.awene yesterday, before Hr G. N. Morris, S.M. The first charge was adjourned, but. on the second charge, Moore pleaded guilty and was fined x 3 10/ and 15/ costs, a conviction being entered against Kingham.
