ROOSEVELT HOLDS KEY TO PEACE
-EMIL LUDWIG
(Received 10 a.mj NEW YORK, November 30. In a biography of President Roosevelt, written by the famous German author. Emil Ludwig, and just published, the author slates that Mr Roosevelt may be elected for a third term of office if a European war breaks out before the end of his current administration. Otherwise, he may even resign before 1040 to undertake forestry pursuits, in which he is intensely interested, and to write. The author decries the appellation of “dictator” as given to President Roosevelt. Ho says the President represents, perhaps, the last attempt to carry out a social revolution without resorting to force. * “President Roosevelt’s significance to us Europeans,” he adds, “is greater than Hint of any preceding President except Lincoln and Wilson. I believe he holds in his hands the key to peace.”
