Hairdressers, Tobacconists Urge Licensing
[Per Press Association. Copyright .] WELLINGTON, This Day. A resolution was passed at a meeting of the New Zealand Hairdressers’ and Retail Tobacconists’ Federation and related Wellington associations as follows: “That this meeting endorses the proposals for licensing and registration, as prepared by the combined committee, and urges that the committee be authorised to arrange a deputation lo the Government at the earliest possible moment to press for some action, and 'ask that the proposed plan be taken off the shelf and considered as soon as possible.”
