Improved Air Mail Service
t Special to “Northern Advocate ” 3 AUCKLAND, This Day. Numerous improvements in the air mail connections between Auckland and other parts of New Zealand will result from the inauguration of the Auckland-Wellington daily air mail service next Sunday, The saving of time, however, will be limited in most cases to a few hours, because of reliance upon train and steamer connections. However, the Post and Telegraph Department, by the co-ordination of a network of time tables, will endeavour to reduce the handicap of various means of transport to the maximum possible extent.
