[Special to “Northern Advocate ”] AUCKLAND, This Day. i The Great Northern meeting of the Auckland Racing Club was concluded at Ellerslie today in fine, though cloudy weather. There was a large attendance, and the track was on the heavy side. Results; —

Tamaki Steeplechase, of 30C sovs; about two miles and a half. —CD Sky Pilot, 10.3, 1; (4) Lucidus, 10.4, 2; (5) Kinkle, 10.0, 3. All started. Two lengths and a half; four lengths. Time —5.21 3-5.

Orakei Hurdles, of 300 sovs; one mils and three-quarters.—(4) Lady England, 9.7, 1; (2) Gadger, 9.3, 2; (3) Red Fox, 9.0, 3. Collision, Boughal, and High Star were scratched.
