Bowls
Although the season officially is closed, three draw games were played on the Whangarei Bowling Club’s greens on Saturday. The results were: McMath, Webb, H. Reynolds and Woledge 26, beat Wyatt, McConnell, .White and Connell 16; Horn, H. Wilson, Marwick, Brewis 27, beat Evans, Rcseman, J. Wilson and McLeod 10; Morton, Nobes and Graham 29, beat Newman, Eccles and Cutforth 16.
