The Feilding Jockey Club’s meeting was concluded today, the weather being fine, but the track was heavy. The attendance ■ywas large. The day s investments amounted to £25,397 10/-, an increase of £3,470 10/- over that for ’the second day last year The total for the meeting was £52,648, compared with £42,134 10/- last year. Results: —

Waiata Stakes, of 100 sovs; weight 8.7; six furlongs.—(2) Eacecall, 1; (1) Ohanga, 2; (3) Golden Enterprise, 3. Eight others started. Five lengths; a short head. Time—l.l7 3-5. Denbigh Handicap, of 200 sovs; six furlongs.—(s) Black Thread, 7.7, car. 7.2, 1; (1) Dungarvan, 9.12, 2; (2) Benbraggie, 9.0, car. 8.11, 3. Five others started. Half a length; four lengths.
