DAINTINESS IN COCOANUT CAKES. This is a recipe par excellence and should always include Stevens’ “Cathedral I’, rand” Essence of Lemon or Coooanut. Rub 2obutter into breakfast cup flour, mix in -j lb. desiccated cocoanut, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 dessertspoons sugar. Add “Cathedral Brand” Essence and mix into stiff dough with milk. Bake 20 minutes in small lots. HlO
