Moerewa
Mr H. Kneebone, of the Auckland Farmers’ Freezing Company’s staff, who arrived by express on Monday on a visit to the local freezing works, returned to Auckland by express on Wednesday. Mrs F. Brown, of Hastings, is the guest of Mrs W. Watson, of Moerewa.
Mr and Mrs K. Macbeth, who for the past month have been holidaying in, Moerewa, as the guests of their daughter, Mrs A, Christie, and family, returned to their home in Marua last Monday by express. Mrs R. Girven, senr., has returned to her home in Auckland after a pleasant holiday spent with relatives, and friends in Moerewa.
Mrs E. Overton, of Donnelly’s Crossing. paid a short visit to her parents, Mr and Mrs W. Huxtable, last week. On Wednesday, Mrs Overton left by express for Auckland,, accompanied by her little niece, June. Mr Overton, who is on annual leave, .was joining the express at Waiotira, as they are spending their holidays in Auckland.
