Mrs Brady Loses Her Case Against Detectives
(Received 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. In an action brought by Mrs Grace Mary Brady against the detectives, Frank Allmond and Frank Matthews, a jury returned a verdict in favour of the detectives, for whom judgment was entered. Mrs Brady, wife of a shearer, tried and acquitted for the sensational shark murder of two years ago, sued the detectives for £2OOO for wrongful arrest and imprisonment in connection with the case.
