Count Felix Yon Luckner As Propagandist
(Received 10 a.m.) BERLIN, March 21. Count ■ Felix von Luckner will sail his new motor yacht Seadevil at the beginning of April on a voyage in which he will engage in propaganda for German ideas. He will visit Australia and New Zealand. The vessel’s equipment includes a wireless receiving and sending station and sound film apparatus. She has a crew of 15 and provisions for six months.
