The annual general meeting of the Kaiwaka Basketball Club was held in the public hall on Thursday, 18th inst., when there was a fair attendance of girls. Miss Josephine Bowmar presided. The following officers were elected: President, Mr E. Coates; secretary and treasurer, Miss L. Dowson; committee, Messrs. J. Bowmar, S. King, P. Wintle. Z. Stewart, G. Lambarth, K. Balderston, A.
