AUSTRALIAN OFFICIALS’ VISIT !Per Press (Association. — Copyright .l WELLINGTON, This Day. Two passengers from Australia by the Awatea yesterday were Mr J. Hyland, Assistant Minister of Agriculture in Victoria, and Mr H. A. Mullett, Director of Agriculture in the same State. They will attend the Science Congress in Auckland, but will also tour New Zealand and investigate agricultural developments, notably in the dairying and pastoral industries, on which they will report to the Victorian Government. Mr Hyland said they desired, also, to investigate the New Zealand system of seed certification, with a view to ascertaining whether improvements could be made in the Victorian system.
