SCHEME TO COMPLETE FUND ODDS AND ENDS IN BANK ACCOUNTS. [British Official Wireless.l (Received 11 a.m.) RUGBY, January 3. The King George V National Memorial Fund now amounts to £381,895. During Memorial Week, from January 14 to 20, the Lord Mayor will make an appeal to people with bank accounts to sign over to the fund the odd shillings and pence standing to their credit at a given date. It is suggested that these odd shillings and pence in banking accounts over the whole country probably will aggregate about £10,000,000.
