BABY POSTED TO WOMAN
Scotland Yard flashed phone calls to Chester police recently following investigation into the delivery of a parcel containing the body of a newly*born child at an hotel in Russell Square, W. The body was in a cardboard box, which was wrapped in brown paper and addressed to a woman living at the hotel. The woman to whom the parcel was addressed was unable to give the police any explanation for its receipt.
