GREAT BOXING ATTRACTION

MUDGWAY AND STOCK ON MONDAY NIGHT. Gymkhana week-end would not. be complete without the monster boxing tournament in the Town Hall on Monday night. It is a leading feature of the carnival, and is sure to be one of the most successful.

The professional bout in itself is creating much attention, let alone the fine array of amateur talent that will be entering the ring. Mudgway and Stock are two fighters who always please. They are the type to bring the house to its feet. Stock proved this when he knocked out Harry Hughes here in August. He made himself very popular with the fans, and the fact that he is appearing again is almost sufficient inducement to pack the house. However, his opponent, Neville Mudgway, is a boxer of no mean class. He brought himself into the limelight with his fine contests with the Australian, Cyril Pluto, and like Stock, is a real crowd-pleaser. This match can be counted on to be a thriller, and is certainly a great attraction. ' ' 142
