Results of week-end matches played by members of the Paparoa Golf Club were: — Final replay for president's trophy: —P. Urlich, 78—77 (69), 148; A. O. Dodds, 77—79 (70), 156. The qualifying round of the championships and the fourth and final round of the medal average resulted: —P. Urlich, 91—21—70; H. M. Reid, 89 —18—71; M. D. O’Shea, 97—23—74; H. B. Fenwick, 84—8—76; A. Q. Dodds, 96—17—79; J. C. Christie, 94—15—79; N. H. Rickman, 102—20—82; G. Bell, 103—20—85. These qualified.

The results of the medal average were:—P. Urlich, 71.3; H. B. Fenwick, 73.6; M. D. O’Shea, 73.6; H. M. Reid, 74.6; A. O. Dodds, 75.0; J. V. Christie, 75.6; G. M. Bell, 78.3; N. H. Rickman, 79.0; P. F. Stratford, 79.6; E. G. Aickin, 81.6.

In the ladies’ matches Mrs Aickin’s trophy for junior players was won by Miss Abbott, 86.6. Results of the medal average were: —Mrs E. G. Aickin, 76.3; Mrs Cornish, 77.0; Miss Corner, 78.0; Miss Bryers, 78.6; Miss Sutherland, 79.0; Miss Cornish, 84.0; Miss Abbott, 86.6.

The fourth and final round for the medal average and a medal round for Miss Sutherland’s trophy resulted:— Mrs E. G. Aickin. $3—21—72; Miss V. Dodds, 117 —41—76; Miss M. Sutherland, 94—16 —78; Mrs Stratford, 102— 22 —80; Mrs Cornish, 104 —20—84; Miss E. Cornish, 112—25—87; Mass N. Sterling, 154—42—112.
