Mr D. M. Rae, M.A., Principal of the Auckland. Teachers’ Training College, was a guest at the Whangarei Hotel last night. Mr Henry King, brother of the late Mr Newton King and Sir Truby King, died at his home at “The Meeting of the Waters,” New Plymouth, on Wednesday, at the age of 86. Unlike his younger brothers, Mr King took practically no part in public affairs. Hotel Registers.
