SCHOOLS REOPEN
SECONDARY AND PRIMARY Thousands of school children all over the Dominion are returning to school today after six weeks of leisure. The Whangarei Sigh School and district primary schools have opened for the new period. The High School is busy enrolling new pupils today. Many institutions, however, are without their tutors, who have been marooned by flood waters in some spot preventing them from reaching home. The expresses both north and south were crowded on Saturday with teachers and children.
