WILL CONTINUE VISITS ABROAD
(Received 10 a.m.) CALGARY, January 21. The superintendent of King Edward’s “E. P.” ranch, Professor W. L. Carlyle, does not think the King’s accession means the end of his visits abroad. In 1927, when, as Prince of Wales, he visited the ranch, his brother, the Duke of Kent, suggested that he ought to stay longer, as he might not be able to come again. The Prince said: “I can get here in nine days from England, have nine here and in another nine return. Surely a King is entitled to a month’s holiday some time.” .
