GLOVE LEADS TO ARREST—A glove led to the arrest of Arthur Bannister, charged with the slaying of Philip Lake and his wife and two children, at St. John, Brunswick. Police state that the men fought over Mrs Lake. After clubbing the husband, Bannister, is alleged to have chased the woman, who was semi-nude, through the snow and killed her with the club. An infant in her arms froze to death.
