(Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, December 5. At the wool sales 8,125 bales were offered, including 4,143 New Zealand, There was a steady demand from Home and the Continent for better grades. About 5,880 Australian and New Zealand were sold. New Zealand half-breds, T.B. and S., top price, 17£d, average, 15|d; greasy crossbred, Moechau, 135.
