THE DIOMEDE
REPORTED FROM DARWIN SAILED FOR RED SEA. (Received 12.30 p.m.) DARWIN, This Day. The cruiser H.M.S. Diomede, of the New Zealand Naval Squadron, which left Auckland for an undisclosed destination on Sunday, October 20, berthed at Darwin last evening. Fuel supplies were immediately taken on. The cruiser sailed early, today for a destination which has not been revealed, but it is believed to be the Red Sea.
