GOLD AND SILVER PRICES
(Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, October 22. Fine gold is quoted today at £7 1/7 an ounce, compared with £7 1/5 yes-, terday. Silver is quoted at 29 9-16 dan ounce spot, and 29id forward, compared with 29 5-16 d, both positions, on October 19. The quotation for silver at per fine ounce is 31 5-Bd, same as yesterday.
