RUSSELL TOWN BOARD

The monthly meeting of the Russell :Town Board was held on October 14, 'all members being present. Permits were granted! to R. Brooker for an addition to shop in Yorke Street and for a street collection in aid of the Health Stamp Fund. The Cemetery Reserve is to be leased for a term of five years. The regulations governing the Guide and Scout Hall were approved.
