[Per Press Association. — Copyright .] WELLINGTON, This Day. The annual meeting of the Golden Bay Cement Co., Ltd., was held yesterday, the chairman, Mr JF. R. Hogarth, expressed regret that more progress had not been made with the construction of concrete roads, the whole of the materials used for which were obtainable in New Zealand. Ninety per cent of the money spent on concrete roads went in wages. The retiring director, Mr J. M. Hott, was re-elected and the appointment of Mr C. N. Cathie to the board was confirmed. Captain McArthur was unanimously re-elected to the board.
