WOMEN’S GOLF TITLE AUSTRALIAN SEMI-FINALS. (Received 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, September 3. The semi-finals of the women’s golf championships of Australia were won today by Mesdames Walker and Sloan Morpeth. Mrs Walker is the only British player left in. She defeated Miss 'Nankivell, 3 and 2. Mrs Walker won by her ability to get out of difficulties and traps. Mrs Morpeth wore down Mrs McKay, winning at the 16th green. The final will, be played tomorrow over 36 holes. i KOHUKOHU CLUB. *The following is the result of the second rouhd of the club captain’s trophy match for the men members of the Kohukohu Golf Club:—

In the semi-finals of the match for E. Kingdon’s trophy, P, Burrows plays W. Allen, and J. Allen plays P. Kingham. On Sunday Kohukohu play their first match in the Clarke Cup series against Broadwood, at Kohukohu. The following will represent Kohukohu:—Bowler, Yarborough, Hargreaves, Farrell.
