LEICESTER CAPTAIN EN 1936? (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, August 13. The secretary of Lecestershire County Cricket Club announces that the New Zealander, C. S. Dempster, has resigned the financial secretaryship of the club. He will probably be available for the captaincy of Leicester in 1936. Dempster is playing as an amateur for Blackpool, where he has a business.
