CHANGES IN COMMAND. (.Received 10 a.m.) LONDON. August 11. Vice-Admiral Sir Charles Little will succeed Admiral F. C. Dreyer, Com-mander-in-Chief, China station in January. Vice-Admiral William James will succeed Vice-Admiral Little as Deputy Chief of the Naval Staff. .
