ETIQUETTE.

(To the Editor). Sir,—The attention of my board has been drawn to a report under the title, “Etiquette,” appearing in your paper of Friday last. According to the report, it was stated at the Whangarei County Council meeting that we had committed a breach of etiquette in writing to the council direct re the roads in this riding, instead of through cur riding member. My board has asked me to inform you that a copy of the letter written to the council, together with a covering letter, was sent to the riding member. He was fully aware of the position before the council meeting.—-! am, etc., • A. C. REES. Secretary Waipu Dairy Company.
