U.S. PROPOSAL CRITICISED. (Received noon.) VANCOUVER, August 12. A party of 147 physicians and their wives sailed by the Aorangi. Another party of 110 is to join them at San Francisco. Dr. Souttar, 0.8. E., minimised the American medical proposal of freezing to continue life when desired. He said the higher animals “just won’t thaw.”
