The Addis Ababa correspondent of the “Daily Mail” states that an Abyssinian mission, headed by Sudji Berrou, an Ethiopian notable, and accompanied by Mr Hsoji, a Japanese merchant, is going to Kobe to establish an Abyssinian Consulate. . It is reported that the mission will also endeavour to negotiate for a supply of arms, and may even propose some form of military alliance.
