BANKER’S ARREST

FRENCH POLICE REQUEST. U.S. AUTHORITIES ACT. * (Received 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 24. The police have hfrested B. Coles Neidecker, on a cabled request from the French Surete, saying that a warrant had been issued in connection with the closing of the Travellers’ Bank, Paris. The French police also requested the arrest of two brothers and other members of the family oh their arrival in America a few days hence. ■ Neidecker said 'the total losses in connection with his final operations would not exceed 250,000 dollars, in spite of larger estimates from France.
