A JUDGE’S ESTATE. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, July 24. The late Mr Justice Avory left £137,000. In a codicil dated in 1932 he removed several bequests “in view of the reduction of salary, heavy taxation, and depreciation of the value of securities.”
