BARTER DEAL
GERMAN-MEXICAN AGREEMENT. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 8. The Berlin correspondent of the ~n - 1v Telegraph” says that Germany has concluded, a £125,000 barter agreement with Mexico, under which 13 000 tons of Mexican rice will be exchanged for German surgical, instruments for the new Mexican State hospital.
