Mr Justice Johnstone, in the Supreme Court yesterday, granted an injunction restraining the Oroua Power Board from refusing to supply electricity to the city of Palmerston North, and as a consequence the power was turned on again in that city yesterday afternoon., The price to be paid for the current by the City Council is undecided. This will be determined by the Supreme Court.
