GERMAN LABOUR ARMY
SIX MONTHS COMPULSORY (Received 11 a.m.) BERLIN, June 26. Cabinet decreed that universal labour service will be compulsory. It has fixed a period of six months, limiting the labour army to 200,000 for 1936.
