BAY OF ISLANDS INNOVATION. It was recently decided to form a schools group to promote football and basketball between the schools in the Waimate • North district. The first games took place at Ohaeawai on Saturday and resulted'.— Senior. —Waimate 3 wins. Ohaeawai 2 wins, Oromahoe and Te Ahu Ahu a draw each. Junior. —Pakaraka A 3 wins, Pakaraka B 2 wins, Te Ahu Ahu 2 wins, Waimate —. Basketball.—Waimate -2 wins, Pakaraka 1 win, Ohaeawai —. The next meeting will take place at Waimate on July 6, and games will be held alternately at Ohaeawai and Waimate.
