HISTORIC BALLOON
GONDOLA PRESENTED TO ' MUSEUM. [British Official Wireless.l (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, June 13. Professor Piccard, whose ascent into the stratosphere has made history, was present at the South , Kensington Museum when the gondola in which he and M. Max Cosyns reached a height of 10i miles in 1932 was presented to the museum in the presence of the Relgian ambassador.
